I’m not “fixing” anyone with yoga. Two hundred hours of training, five hundred hours of training, ten years experience teaching – none of that makes me know better than you what you need!

I can guide you through a sequence or facilitate discussions about teaching yoga, but I hold a healthy respect for all the people I work with, who have somehow been moving their own bodies around successfully without my input for years.
