About Me & Contact
Hi! I am an experienced 500-hour yoga instructor as well as a Licensed Massage Therapist trained in shiatsu.
My life and work have taken me in many directions – teaching English in Bosnia, Slovakia and Hungary, teaching yoga (in public venues as well as non-profit settings such as shelters and jails), and working with dogs among many other things. I love meeting people (and dogs!), learning about them and figuring out how we can work together.
